How to use this tool
Start by narrowing the catalog from the top. Pick a Market (Japan, General, Europe or USA) if you know where the car was sold — this immediately greys out everything not relevant. Then click a Toyota or Lexus model; the engines available for it light up and the rest are dimmed. Pick the engine you want, and the platform (ECU code suffix) appears in the last block. Once a model is locked in, you can still freely switch between engines — selected engine is red, alternative compatible engines show a white outline. Anything in dark grey is not a valid combination for what you've already picked.
The Select year slider on top filters everything to a date window — drag the thumbs and the models, engines and platforms outside that range turn grey. The current range mirrors next to "SELECT YEAR" so you always see what's active. The Quick search box highlights any pill containing the typed text in yellow, useful for jumping to a known name. When at least a model, engine or platform is picked, the big Search Model (…) Engine (…) PN (…) button at the top right becomes clickable and opens stockecu.com pre-filled with your selection. Press ESC (or the wide red button below the top row) to clear every filter and reset the year slider back to 1969–2026.
